Out Reach Support

About the service

Young people who move on to independent living from our homes or 16+ service can continue to access support from us though our outreach service. Whilst living whith us young people establish relationships with staff, which we continue to promote even after they leave the service. Our phones remain on and young people are encoraged to keep in contact. We understand that being in your own flat or house no matter how well you are prepared can be a doaunting experience. We don't just leave you to get on with it. Through our out reach service we continue to work with our young people to ensure they are not alone stepping into their own accommodated.
